	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The Maritime and Coastguard Agency collates a record of vessels registered on the United Kingdom Ship Register (UKSR). It does not hold a record of shipping on the registers of other national administrations, which could include UK owned vessels.</p><p> </p><p>As of 9 June there were 159 offshore vessels on the UKSR, totalling 556,975 gross tonnage.
