The table below details the latest published statistics on the total number of disposals in care proceedings, the mean and medial disposal duration (in weeks), and the proportion of disposals made within 26 weeks, in each of the last three years.</p><p>The number of disposals relates to the number of children subject to a disposal outcome. All buildings have been assessed and legionella controls have been adapted as necessary. We take swift and robust action for each suspected or positive case. There should be no assumption that a positive case indicates that there has been transmission within a court or tribunal building. 98% of our 341 buildings are open and operational. HMCTS employs around 18,800 staff and there are around 19,400 judicial office holders.</p><p> </p><p>Between the 18 August and 12 November confirmed positive COVID-19 cases reported to HMCTS are as follows:</p><p>Across the courts:</p><p>A) HMCTS staff – 276</p><p>B) Judiciary – 45</p><p>C) Court users – 89</p><p>Across the tribunals:</p><p>A) HMCTS staff – 19</p><p>B) Judiciary – 4</p><p>C) We take swift and robust action for each suspected or positive case. There should be no assumption that a positive case indicates that there has been transmission within a court or tribunal building. 98% of our 341 buildings are open and operational. HMCTS employs around 18,800 staff and there are around 19,400 judicial office holders.</p><p> </p><p>Between the 18 August and 12 November confirmed positive COVID-19 cases reported to HMCTS are as
