star this property answer text <p>In ‘The United Kingdom’s Exit from the European Union: Safeguarding the Position of EU Citizens Living in the UK and UK Nationals Living in the EU’ (Cm 9464), published on 26 June 2017, we indicated in paragraph 30 that, in respect of EU citizens who arrived here before the specified date, their family members who come to the UK after we leave the EU will be subject to the same rules that apply to non-EU nationals joining British citizens, or alternatively to the post-exit arrangements for EU citizens who arrive after the specified date. The current Immigration Rules for adult dependent relatives of British citizens are contained in Appendix FM: family members.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Government has set out its intention in its published document “Safeguarding the position of EU citizens living in the UK and UK nationals living in the EU” to issue residence documentation to EU citizens who will be granted settled status on the basis of their residence in the UK. The Government will set out its plans in due course for redesigning the immigration system to introduce controls on future migration to the UK by EU citizens, including any plans for adjusting statutory checks by employers, landlords and other service providers.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>On Monday 26 June, the UK published the paper ‘The United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union: safeguarding the position of EU citizens living in the UK and UK nationals living in the UK’. Formal negotiations with our EU partners on the shape and nature of the immigration regime that will apply after the UK leaves the EU will soon be underway. The Home Office currently processes several million immigration decisions each year and will ensure that the necessary resources are provided to process applications for the new residence status outlined by the Government. The Home Office has a well-developed process for modelling operational demand that will be used as appropriate to support internal capacity planning.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Measures introduced in the 2016 Autumn Statement enable UKEF to increase export finance capacity for individual countries by up to 100%, subject to country reviews.</p><p>UKEF's public expression of current risk appetite for new business for each country is available on its website. It does not hold historical information about its public expression of risk appetite for each country, but the website notes where the risk appetite has been increased following the Autumn Statement.</p><p>UKEF publishes details of the support it provides by country on an annual basis on its website. Details of its support for the last year will be published once its 2016-17 Annual Report and Accounts are laid before Parliament.</p> more like this
