	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/09/2019 answer text <p>The Express Freight Service is intended to provide access to an end to end solution able to deliver small consignments on a 24 hour basis with additional provision to move larger pallet quantities on a two to four day basis. The initial contract length is one year, extendable by a further one year, with sufficient flexibility to end the contract earlier if required. The total estimated value of services provided to the Department over a two year period of the contract, if exercised, is £3 million. Users of the freight solution would be required to pay for any capacity they use. There is likely to be variation in the extent to which organisations collect this information about their staff. As part of the LGBT Action Plan, the Government Equalities Office is working with the Office for National Statistics and the Government Statistical Service on a cross-government project to develop monitoring standards for sexual orientation and gender identity across central government. Data on the annual total number of ATMs in the UK since 1998 – including the split between free-to-use and pay-to-use ATMs – is publicly available on the LINK website. LINK also publish information on ATM numbers by Parliamentary Constituency for recent periods. Furthermore, LINK publish monthly data on their Financial Inclusion Programme.</p><p> </p><p>The Government-established Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) continues to monitor developments in ATM provision. Around a third (33%) of the electricity generated in 2018 came from renewables, up from 29.3% in 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Support provided to renewables through a range of policies such as the Renewables Obligation, the Feed-in Tariff, and Contracts for Difference has resulted in a diverse mix of renewable technologies. This includes wind, solar, hydro, bioenergy and more.</p><p> </p><p>In order to meet our net-zero ambitions, we will continue to support the roll out of new renewables generation.
