	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2019 answer text <p>As part of preparations for leaving the European Union, the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has taken steps to change the United Kingdom’s health and identification marks so that products of animal origin can continue to be exported to the EU and non-EU countries, should the UK leave the EU in a no deal situation.</p><p>FSA operational staff apply the health mark, sometimes referred to as the health stamp to meat carcases to indicate that the product has been inspected and passed fit for human consumption. Individuals under the age of 18 are not detained for consideration of their asylum claim.</p><p>In cases where new information comes to light or concerns are raised, which indicate that a person who has been detained as an adult may be a child, we would seek to release them into the care of local authority children’s services at the earliest safe opportunity for an age assessment.</p><p>Section 55 of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 and published guidance in the form of Detention Services Order (DSO) 19/2012 “Safeguarding Children Policy” and DSO 14/2012 “Care and Management of Age Dispute Cases” set out the legal duties and guidance for staff in the immigration removal estate. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/11/2019 answer text <p>Bahrain remains a Foreign and Commonwealth Office human rights priority country, partly because of the use of the death penalty. Following the execution of three men in July 2019, Lord Ahmad issued a statement expressing deep concern and the UK raised the matter at the September Human Rights Council in Geneva. In addition, I called Dr Sheikh Abdullah, Bahraini Undersecretary for International Affairs following the executions, to express our disappointment. The Government of Bahrain is fully aware of the UK’s clear and longstanding position; we oppose the death penalty in all circumstances and all countries.</p><p>On British assistance, we are committed to supporting Bahrain-led reform and are confident of its positive impact across a variety of areas including building effective and accountable institutions, strengthening the rule of law, and police and justice reform.
