However, much of our cooperation on counter-terrorism and national security matters sits outside of EU structures, including the Five Eyes, the closest international intelligence-sharing arrangement in the world, and the Counter Terrorism Group (CTG), a cooperation forum between the security services of EU Member States plus Norway and Switzerland, which sits outside EU law.</p> more like this
