	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/09/2017 answer text <p>As the Secretary of State said when he addressed the House on 7th September, there is agreement that when we leave the EU, the EEA Agreement will no longer operate in respect of the UK. As such, the Government’s legal position is clear: Article 127 does not need to be triggered for the Agreement to cease to have effect.
