star this property answer text <p>The opening of the Naval Support Facility at Mina Salman Port in Bahrain will both enhance the Royal Navy's ability to operate effectively in the Gulf and further demonstrate the Government's enduring commitment to regional security. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the British Embassy in Bahrain continue to monitor events there closely and continue to have open and frank dialogue with the Government of Bahrain. The style and content of their pre-deployment briefings are shaped by the operation itself. These briefings, along with training in the Law of Armed Conflict throughout their careers and, if required, access to UK legal and policy advice during their deployment, ensure that they remain within UK and International Law and any policy restrictions which may apply.</p> more like this
