However, since the result of the referendum, we have taken the responsible approach to work at pace to build a detailed understanding of how withdrawing from the EU will affect policies and services for a range of outcomes, including the unlikely scenario in which no mutually satisfactory agreement can be reached. Given the long lead-in times to implement some of our contingency measures, we can't wait until we see the final outcome of the negotiations to begin our preparations. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2017 answer text <p>The European Union (Withdrawal) Bill will convert European Union law into UK law as it applies in the UK at the moment of exit. This will ensure that, wherever possible, the same rules and laws will apply the day after exit as they did before.</p><p>The Government is still making a detailed assessment of what corrections will be required to make that law function appropriately on exit day. After each strike, we perform a detailed battle damage assessment which includes video evidence which is used to assess the success of the mission.</p><p>None of the allegations we have received so far have been found to contain any evidence that RAF airstrikes have caused civilian casualties. While no military operations come without risk, we take all steps necessary to minimise the risk of causing civilian casualties and avoidable damage to civilian infrastructure. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2017 answer text <p>On 6 March 2017, at the Foreign Affairs Council (Defence), EU Member States agreed to establish the Military Planning and Conduct Capability (MPCC) for non-executive military missions only. The MPCC will be part of the existing EU Military Staff and its current Director General will also be the Director of the MPCC - there is no such post as EU Operations Commander in Brussels, these roles exist only in the field leading individual operations and missions. The UK has ensured that the MPCC to be set up is limited in size and scope, avoiding duplication with NATO and minimising costs.
