star this property answer text <p>This information is not held centrally.</p><p>In Our Commitment to you for end of life care: The Government Response to the Review of Choice in End of Life Care (2016), the Government committed the Department to ‘work with system and voluntary sector partners to identify bereavement care pathway exemplar models to be shared widely across the National Health Service so that for instance, a hospital in the East of England can learn from and implement the good bereavement practice of a service in the West’. This will help to ensure that all parents receive the appropriate level of bereavement care they need.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>It is important that women and families who have experienced loss and bereavement are offered the right care and services to support them. NHS England is developing a ‘toolkit/resource pack’ to assist local services in capturing the experiences of loss and bereavement in a sensitive and evidence based manner. star this property answer text <p>Since the withdrawal of the Nimrod MR2 in March 2010, we have drawn on other military assets, including Type 23 Frigates, submarines and Merlin Anti-Submarine Warfare helicopters and, where appropriate and possible, assistance from allies. We will continue the present practice of issuing requests to allies to provide Maritime Patrol Aircraft when there is an operational need to do so.</p><p>Our allies are well aware of the value of such reciprocal support and there are also many instances of the UK providing support to others. Examples include Quick Reaction Alert aircraft for Baltic Air Policing and the integration of HMS KENT into a French carrier group deployment to the Gulf last year</p> more like this

Risks and associated mitigation action are continually reviewed for all defence programmes. star this property answer text <p>Total expenditure on the Single Source Regulations Office (SSRO) in financial year (FY) 2014-15 was £2.184 million for setup costs. The Ministry of Defence (MOD) funds the SSRO on an ongoing basis via a Grant in Aid, which is £4.707 million for FY 2015-16. Further details of the expenditure can be found in the published accounts for the SSRO at:</p><p>www.gov.uk/government/publications/ssros-first-annual-report-and-accounts or by contacting the SSRO directly. From 2017, the SSRO will be jointly funded by MOD and industry.</p> more like this
