Both freeholds remain with Cabinet Office for the perpetuity.</p><br /><p>Information is only held centrally on the Government Estate in central London. Records also show that 157-197 Buckingham Palace Road is part sub-let by the National Audit Office to commercial sub-tenants.</p><p>Information is only held centrally on the Government Estate in London.
