All HSE construction inspectors are trained to enforce the management and control of asbestos by duty holders and routinely deal with asbestos issues in their everyday work. The majority of construction inspectors are further trained to inspect notified licensed asbestos removal work. star this property answer text <p>The National Railways Security Programme (NRSP) requires all Train Operating Companies, including Merseyrail, to have response procedures in place to respond to any security incidents on their station and trains and to review these contingency plans annually. It also recommends that they exercise these plans on an annual basis. The Department does not collect information on the frequency of exercises because this is a matter for decision by the rail operators within the framework set by the NRSP.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p> </p><p> </p><p>From the data held centrally, it is not possible to separately identify those offenders convicted of sexual offences against children, because the prisoner offence details held centrally do not include information on the age of the victim. Such offenders are included with other sexual offences.</p><p> </p><p>In order to provide data relating to child sex offenders in prison, it would be necessary to manually examine the individual prison records of over 10,900 sex offenders in prison as at 31 December 2013 - this could only be done at disproportionate cost.</p> more like this
