These ATMs are owned and operated by banks and building societies (40%), in addition to independent ATM operators (60%). According to the Access to Cash Review, of the estimated £5bn annual cost of the UK’s cash infrastructure, £1bn of this relates to the running and maintenance of ATMs.<p> </p><p>Regarding specific discussions, Treasury Ministers and Officials have meetings with a wide variety of organisations in the public and private sectors as part of the process of policy development and delivery. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/05/2018 answer text The Government is determined to crackdown on unacceptable behaviour in the online ticketing market and improve fans’ chances of buying tickets at a reasonable price. We have strengthened the existing ticketing provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are in the process of introducing a new criminal offence of using automated software to buy more tickets than that allowed, and support the work of the Competition and Markets Authority and National Trading Standards in enforcing the law in this area. We recognise, however, that Government can’t act alone in addressing this issue, and that the ticketing industry, regulatory bodies, and online platforms need to take actions themselves. We welcome the action taken in March by the Advertising Standards Authority against four of the main operators in the secondary ticketing sector banning the misleading presentation of pricing information on their websites, and the assurances from these platforms that they would make changes to their websites to comply with this ruling. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/03/2019 answer text <p>‘The Collaborative Tuberculosis (TB) Strategy for England 2015 to 2020’ was developed by Public Health England (PHE) in partnership with NHS England and aims to reduce suffering and harm caused by TB through lowering the incidence of the disease in England. The Strategy is available at the following link:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/403231/Collaborative_TB_Strategy_for_England_2015_2020_.pdf" target="_blank">https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/403231/Collaborative_TB_Strategy_for_England_2015_2020_.pdf</a></p><p> </p><p>The strategy aims to tackle TB in under-served populations through the commissioning of integrated, multidisciplinary, case management and support for under-served groups. This multidisciplinary support, which may include third sector organisations, should provide targeted outreach interventions, informed by proven models such as ‘Find and Treat’ in London, including specific services for active case finding among homeless people and those attending substance misuse services.</p><p> </p><p>In January 2016, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence published a clinical guideline that covers preventing, identifying and managing latent and active TB in children, young people and adults. This is available at the following link:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ng33" target="_blank">https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ng33</a></p><p> </p><p>In 2017, PHE and the National Health Service issued a ‘TB Service Specification and Clinical Policy’ for use by commissioners and TB services. This builds on the work of the strategy to:</p><p>- improve rapid diagnosis and treatment of active TB disease;</p><p>- prevention of TB by treating latent infections; and</p><p>- focus on complex cases with antimicrobial resistance and patients with other risk factors for poor treatment outcome, such as homelessness.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England is supporting those clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) with the highest burden of disease to provide latent TB testing and treatment programmes which are essential for reducing the incidence of active TB. In 2018/19, the 46 CCGs with the highest burden of disease were supported with £3,594,000 to provide this service.</p><p> </p><p>According to the latest annual report ‘Tuberculosis in England: 2018’ published by PHE, since the peak of TB incidence in England in 2011 the number of people notified with TB had fallen by nearly 40% in 2017. The incidence rate in 2017 was 9.2 per 100,000 population, the lowest recorded rate for England, which for the first time falls under the 10 per 100,000 World Health Organization definition of a low incidence country. The UK supports the urgent diplomatic efforts being made by Turkey and the UN. We call on the Syrian regime and its backers, Russia and Iran, to uphold the de-escalation arrangements they have previously agreed, and for all parties to respect international humanitarian law, including protection of all civilians without discrimination. We are providing additional humanitarian assistance and medical support to Idlib. This means the Department communicates with customers in a variety of different formats such as Braille, audio, large print, through third party interpreters or by arranging for a member of staff to visit the customer in their home.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is continuously working to improve its written customer communications products, including letters, forms and leaflets, so they are clear and accessible to as many of our customers as possible. We follow accessible design principles, including the use of plain language.</p><p> </p><p>Easy Read is available by request for certain kinds of information. As some of our letters are necessarily complex and difficult to translate into an Easy Read format, we support customers in other ways and will discuss the most appropriate method of communication with the customer, to meet their individual needs. If departments determine that it is not feasible to recover overpayments, they will need to bring the resultant losses to parliament’s attention. The Paying Parent is charged a one off £50 enforcement fee for the Deduction from Earnings Order, as well as on-going collection charges of 20% of the maintenance liability (including any arrears) for using the Collect and Pay service. As announced in the government's Industrial Strategy, the new Business Basics Programme will trial innovative approaches to drive up the adoption of tried and tested technologies and business practices that can improve businesses’ productivity. The programme will test and encourage SMEs to adopt technologies and practices such as new accountancy software or performance management systems.</p><p>In addition, more than four million free digital skills training opportunities will be created as part of a Digital Strategy to make Britain the best place in the world to start and grow a digital business and ensure our digital economy works for everyone.</p><p>In addition, the Digital Skills Partnership (DSP) will see Government, business, charities and voluntary organisations coming together to make sure people have the right skills for the jobs in their area and are aware of all the digital training opportunities on offer.</p><p>The DSP will also build upon the 4 million pledges of free digital skills training opportunities that our corporate partners pledged as part of the Digital Strategy, published in March 2017.
