	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>On 31 July 2018, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced it would publish a fuller account of its findings following the conclusion of its investigation into the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Global Restructuring Group.</p><p> </p><p>The FCA is an independent non-governmental body.
