It is governed by legislation which applies generally to pensions on divorce. Following pension sharing, a pension for the ex-spouse is calculated using actuarial guidance as prescribed. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2019 answer text <p>The Government does not have data on how many disposable nappies have been recycled in the last 12 months.</p><p> </p><p>I met Procter &amp; Gamble who have developed a technology to recycle nappies and I understand they are in discussions with several local authorities to establish a facility in the UK. The Government wants to encourage more recycling and to make it easier for households to recycle. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2019 answer text <p>Immunoglobulins are not currently licensed for the treatment of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). However, immunoglobulin therapy may be used ‘off-label’, if there are no other alternative licensed products available and the physician considers that immunoglobin therapy is appropriate to address the clinical need in order to manage a patient with MCAS. This decision, under the full responsibility of the physician, will need to be made following discussion between the physician and the patient.</p><p> </p><p>In order to gain a licence for the use of immunoglobulin therapy for the treatment of MCAS, a Marketing Authorisation Holder would have to submit a variation to their Marketing Authorisation to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) with a dossier compiled of safety and efficacy data. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/02/2019 answer text <p>Network Rail has been instructed to design an extension of electrification infrastructure from Kettering to Market Harborough station, as part of the Midland Main Line enhancements programme.</p><p> </p><p>The Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) extension to Market Harborough will enable a new connection to a power supply at Braybrooke. At Outline Business Case stage in March 2018 this was determined to be the best value for money option for making the power supply connection. Closed training prisons provide a range of facilities for category B or category C prisoners who are serving medium to long-term sentences and offer a variety of activities in prison workshops, gardens, educational courses and offending behaviour programmes. Capacity data is available online which could be used to quantify the total capacity of the training estate.
