</p><p>When a project is cancelled or withdrawn, the Department for Education seeks
to make alternative use of any capital spend on sites or otherwise.</p><p>Any capital
costs spent on these projects are declared in the Department’s annual accounts at:</p><p><a

March 2014 accounts will be published in the New Year.</p>
