	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/06/2019 answer text <p>Significant progress has been made on the implementation of the proposals set out in the Government’s response to the review.</p><p>A working group has been set up to consider how information about rights and responsibilities can be improved and shared more widely.</p><p>The Government intends to shortly publish a consultation on introducing a fit and proper person test for park home site licence holders and managers.</p><p>Research will be commissioned later this year to assess the likely impacts of a change to the rate of commission paid on the sale of a mobile home. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/10/2018 answer text <p>Under the tenancy deposit protection legislation introduced in the Housing Act 2004, all landlords letting on assured shorthold tenancies are required to protect their tenants' deposits in a government-approved scheme within 30 days of taking the deposit.</p><p>If a landlord fails to protect the deposit they cannot evict the tenant using a section 21 notice. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2018 answer text <p>The Government appreciates the problems that some housing benefit and universal credit claimants can face in finding accommodation in the private rented sector. We strongly encourage landlords and agents to look at all potential and existing tenants in receipt of housing benefit or universal credit on an individual basis and we will shortly be publishing a new <em>How to Let</em> guide to help landlords better understand their responsibilities. The Government is helping benefit claimants to access the private rented sector through further Targeted Affordability Funding in 2018/19 and 2019/20.</p><p>There is no legislation that prevents private rented sector landlords and agents choosing not to let their property to an individual claiming (a) housing benefit or (b) universal credit. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2018 answer text <p>The Taskforce met for the first time on 7 March 2018 and will meet on a regular basis to support the development and implementation of the Rough Sleeping Strategy. Following publication of the strategy the Taskforce will focus on reducing broader homelessness.</p><p>The Taskforce is chaired by the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Rt Hon David Lidington MP, and reports to the Prime Minister.
