Once this is completed we expect more cases to be listed, improving the throughput in the tribunal. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2018 answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice is in the process of recruiting extra fee-paid judicial office holders. In the Social Security and Child Support (SSCS) jurisdiction, which is the part of the tribunal system which deals with disability living allowance appeals, 226 new medical members have already been appointed and up to 125 disability-qualified members are currently being recruited. The SSCS jurisdiction will also benefit from the fact that 250 judges are being recruited across tribunals more widely. In addition, we are developing a new digital system to enable speedier processing of appeals and provide a better service for all parties to the proceedings. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/02/2019 answer text <p>The Commission received over 1,100 responses to the consultation on enfranchisement reform.</p><p>These responses are from a wide range of interested stakeholders including lawyers, surveyors, leaseholders, landlords, and representative groups.</p><p>The Commission has not yet categorised the 1,100 consultation responses to enable them to identify how many responses are from leaseholders. We cannot retrieve data based on the appellant’s actual address, but can produce reports detailing the numbers of cases that were dealt with at one of our Regional centres or heard at a specific venue.
