star this property answer text <br /><p>Since 2010 the numbers of trained regular officers and soldiers transferring to the Adjutant General's Corps Staff and Personnel Support Branch, AGC(SPS), each calendar year are as follows:</p><p>2010 - 130</p><p>2011 - 160</p><p>2012 - 50</p><p>2013 - 40</p><p>2014 - 60</p><p>2015 to 31 October - 150</p><p>Where there is a shortage of key personnel, the Army offers a transfer bonus which is payable to soldiers upon successful completion of the transfer into the specified trade.</p><p>From 2010 to 2013, transfer bonus payments of £1,500 each were made to 73 soldiers who transferred into the AGC(SPS) as Military Clerks or Combat Human Resource Specialists. No payments were made from 2014 onwards. The amount spent each calendar year since 2010 is as follows:</p><p>2010 - £52,500</p><p>2011 - £51,000</p><p>2012 - £3,000</p><p>2013 - £3,000</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>83,085 (37%) Defence staff are recorded as having completed the Defence version of the Fraud, Bribery and Corruption training package hosted on the Defence Learning Environment since 13 December 2022 up to 13 December 2023. This does not include over 22,000 members of staff who have undertaken the Fraud, Bribery and Corruption course hosted on Civil Service Learning over the same period. Therefore some 47% of Defence staff have undertaken counter fraud awareness training in the past 12 months.</p><p> </p><p>Defence staff numbers are taken as 225,920, as set out in UK Defence in Numbers 2022 (page 17).</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>A Defence version of the Fraud Bribery &amp; Corruption online training package was launched in 2021 for civil servants with the single Service specific versions launched in May 2022. The participation data for these courses is only available from May 2022 for all 4 combined variants as set out below:</p><p> </p><table><tbody><tr><td><p>2022</p></td><td><p>2023</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>55,401</p></td><td><p>69,139</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition to these figures, a proportion of Defence workers have continued to undertake the standard Civil Service version of the course hosted on the Civil Service Learning (CSL) platform. Defence continues to signpost its people to the MOD versions of the courses and has taken steps to remove the automatic reminders on CSL.
