<del class="ministerial">The Ministry of Defence does not classify the National Flagship as a warship. It will be built in the UK.</del> <ins class="ministerial">The procurement of the Flagship will be compliant with the UK’s obligations, under the WTO Government Procurement Agreement. Construction of the National Flagship will be limited to the UK in order to protect the essential interests of national security.</ins>
