	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/06/2019 answer text <p>Rape and serious sexual offences are devastating crimes that have a profound impact on victims, and are some of the most challenging and complex cases that the CPS deals with. Where evidence submitted by the Police is sufficient to bring charges, the CPS will not hesitate to prosecute these horrific crimes.</p><p> </p><p>The CPS maintains a central record to show the overall number of charging decisions where a decision has been made to take No Further Action in cases recorded as rape on the system. It makes clear that applicants for planning permission should provide suitable mitigation where the operation of an existing business or community facility could have a significant adverse effect on development proposed nearby. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2020 answer text <p>The Government is fully committed to meeting its target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050 and recognises the important contribution that the energy efficiency of buildings has to make in meeting it.</p><p>We have committed to introduce a Future Homes Standard from 2025 which means that new homes will be fit for the future, with low carbon heating and lower energy use through high levels of energy efficiency. <br> <br>As a stepping stone to the Future Homes Standard, we have consulted on a meaningful and achievable increase to the energy efficiency standards for new homes to be introduced through the Building Regulations in 2020, with a further strengthening by 2025. The Future Homes Standard consultation closed on 7 February 2020. The Renters’ Reform Bill will enhance renters’ security and improve protections for short-term tenants by abolishing ‘no-fault’ evictions. This will include repealing Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 and represents a generational change in the law that governs private renting. <br> <br>Our recent consultation, ‘<em>A New Deal for Renting: Resetting the balance of rights and responsibilities between landlords and tenants’</em> sought views from across the private and social rented sectors on how the new system should operate, in order to ensure that we get the details right and create a new framework which works for everyone. We welcome the consultation response submitted by Age UK, which highlights the experience of a range of tenants who rent their homes in the private rented sector, including older people. This includes €11 billion for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and European Social Fund (ESF), which are known collectively as ‘Structural Funds’.</p><p>The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is the domestic successor to the EU Structural Fund programme. We will ramp up funding so that total domestic UK-wide funding will at least match EU receipts.
