star this property answer text <p>Ensuring that staff have the tools and skills necessary to prosecute effectively is a CPS priority. A detailed CPS/Police Joint National Rape Action Plan was published in June 2014 which identified a programme of training activity to deliver improvements in investigation and prosecution outcomes. This extensive programme, consisting of a range of face to face specialist training, is currently underway. The programme includes refresher training for all specialist prosecutors undertaking rape and serious sexual offence casework which will be delivered during 2016.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Euratom provides the legal framework for civil nuclear power generation and radioactive waste management across the European Union. Specifically, it covers nuclear safeguards, and the movement and trade of nuclear materials between Member States and third countries.</p><p> </p><p>This Government remains committed to the highest standards of nuclear safety, safeguards and support for the industry.Whilst membership of Euratom has served the UK well, the benefits of Euratom membership can be achieved through other means as well.</p><p> </p><p>The UK will remain publicly accountable on nuclear safety matters through our membership of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The IAEA’s legal frameworks for the nuclear sector are the basis on which the Euratom Community and the UK’s own domestic regime is based; there is no intention to weaken the current standards. The UK’s future nuclear safeguards arrangements will continue to provide the quality, safety and robustness that currently exist under Euratom.</p>

The Barnett formula is designed to ensure that Devolved Administrations are funded in a transparent way to deliver their priorities within their devolved responsibilities.</p><p> </p><p>The government has also recently agreed a new fiscal framework for the Welsh Government, which both governments agree is fair for Wales and for the rest of the UK. The Barnett formula will remain central to the Welsh Government’s funding, while the introduction of a new needs-based factor will see their relative funding remain at a fair level for the long term.</p> more like this
