star this property answer text <p>The NHS Test and Trace workforce consists of a combination of; civil servants employed by the programme and also on loan from across Government, secondees from the public and private sector, contractors and consultants. Since May 2020 our data shows that a total of 630 people have left their role on NHS Test and Trace. 220 of these were civil servants, of which 19 have left the Civil Service completely and are therefore subject to the Business Appointment Rules.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Clearing House function does not have full time members of staff, and its work is done by a small team of people in the FOI team, including the Deputy Director of Freedom of Information and Transparency, alongside their other day to day responsibilities. There is no separate budget for the Clearing House.</p><p>The Cabinet Office does not routinely capture data on the number of requests which are referred to the Clearing House. star this property answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice does not collect data on the number of deprivation of liberty orders in relation to individuals in care who were under 16 years old.</p><p>Applications for deprivation of liberty orders can be made by local authorities when they need to accommodate a child in a non-secure placement. Cafcass – the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service – collect the data on these applications from local authorities and 164 deprivation of liberty applications were made in the period 1 July – 31 October 2021.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>EU citizens are our friends and neighbours and we want them to stay in the UK, which is why we launched our ground-breaking EU Settlement Scheme. Those who do not have status under the EUSS, can enter the UK for up to six months as visitors, visa free. However, now freedom of movement has ended, those coming to work or study must prove they meet our entry requirements. We urge people to check the requirements before travelling.</p><p>Border Force treat all arrivals with respect and consider each passengers situation on an individual basis to check that everyone entering the UK has the right to do so.</p><p>We have issued instructions to our officers to reinforce the principle that in all cases there exists a presumption in favour of bail.</p><p>The Home Office published data on port returns and passengers initially refused entry which include Data on refusals on EU nationals.</p><p>The latest information include date up to December 2020 can be found at: passengers Initially refused Dec 2020 &amp; returns data</p><p>The next publication, which includes data for the first quarter of 2021 will be published on the 27 May 2021.</p>

star this property answer text <p>The Insolvency Service publishes National Statistics on insolvency cases for England and Wales combined. It is not possible to identify accurately companies that trade in South Yorkshire specifically, or companies that operated within specific parliamentary constituencies before entering insolvency. The data used for insolvency statistics is compiled from information at Companies House. The Department has found no record of officials having sight of any such messages.
