Of these, 14 are duplicate entries, which means that some incidents will have been recorded on more than one occasion, likely because of the incomplete nature of Non-Governmental Organisation and media reporting upon which the MOD relies to update the &quot;Tracker&quot;. Aggregating this information would be misleading without the addition of sensitive contextual information, which I am withholding as its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice relations between the United Kingdom and other States.</p><p>The MOD does not investigate allegations of Saudi-led coalition IHL violations. The Saudi-led Coalition is best placed to do this, and does so through its Joint Incident Assessment Team. As such, the UK Government has full oversight of the exports.</p><p> </p><p>The UK has issued two licences for the export of Paveway bombs to Saudi Arabia: a Standard Individual Export Licence (SIEL) in April 2015 and an Open Individual Export Licence (OIEL) in March 2014, in accordance with the Consolidated Criteria. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/02/2018 answer text <p>All export licence applications are rigorously assessed on a case-by-case basis against the Consolidated EU and National Arms Export Licensing Criteria, taking into account all prevailing circumstances at the time of application, including reports from Non-government Organisations and our overseas network. In particular, Criterion Two concerns the 'respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in the country of final destination as well as respect by that country for international humanitarian law'.</p><p>The Consolidated Criteria provide a thorough risk assessment framework and require us to assess the impact of providing equipment and its capabilities. The Government will not issue an export licence if to do so would be inconsistent with any provision of the Consolidated Criteria, including if there is a clear risk that the proposed export might be used for internal repression. Schools are required to comply with the Equality Act 2010 and any concerns that they are not doing so should be taken up with the school in the first instance.</p><p> </p><p>The Department recently conducted an engagement exercise with a wide range of expert stakeholders to support the introduction of compulsory RSE in secondary schools. This has included hosting an equalities roundtable and bilateral meetings with LGBT groups and faith organisations. The engagement process included an extensive call for evidence to seek views on what should be included in these subjects. As Saudi Arabia is neither an embargoed destination nor a destination subject to stricter transit controls under the Order, a transhipment licence would not be required for military goods provided certain conditions are met.
