Member is referring to an incident that took place on 27 August 2014, in response to which the UK Airprox Board assessed no risk of collision existed.</p><p>Following the UK Airprox Board's recommendation, a review of entry and exit procedures has been completed. No changes have been made as the RAF considered that changing the procedures would adversely affect flight safety. However, the UK Military Low Flying Handbook was updated to highlight to military aircrews that they should exercise caution when entering and exiting the Machynlleth Loop.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Army Foundation College delivers functional skills qualifications in Maths, English and Information Communication Technology (ICT) at Level 1 and Level 2, through either City &amp; Guilds or EDEXCEL.</p><p> </p><p>Additionally, dependent upon educational attainment on arrival at the Army Foundation College, some junior soldiers will complete an accredited Pearson BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Public Services.</p><p> </p><p>The educational attainment of junior soldiers who graduated in 2018 are shown in the table below. star this property answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence's Management of Health and Safety Regulations requires special attention to identifying and controlling health and safety risks to young persons in the workplace. Many of these are covered by existing risk assessment and control measures, but the employing branch will identify any additional control measures/changes required in accordance with the normal risk assessment process.</p><p>All Armed Forces personnel are trained for a wide range of operational tasks and environments, including combat. Established procedures are in place to ensure that Service personnel under the age of 18 are not deployed on operations. Our policies on under 18s in Service are robust and comply with national and international law.</p><p>Commanding Officers take their responsibilities towards their personnel extremely seriously. Commanding Officers pay close attention to the needs of under 18s as they pass from recruitment through Phase 1 and Phase 2 training, to operational units.</p>

star this property answer text <p>Data on the outcomes of Royal Military Police investigations over the last ten years will take time to collate. Information relating to disciplinary action is currently <del class="ministerial">unlkown</del><ins class="ministerial">unavailable</ins>. I will write shortly to provide the data requested.</p><p>The Army does not tolerate unacceptable behaviour by any personnel, including staff and Junior Soldiers at the Army Foundation College, in any form. All allegations are treated very seriously and investigated. As part of our duty of care, instructors at the College will normally be suspended until an investigation has been carried out, or depending on the circumstances, they may be removed from post without prejudice and reassigned. As a result of the misconduct investigation and findings, the without prejudice removal will then be classified as blameworthy or non-blameworthy, and dealt with accordingly.</p> more like this
