	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/06/2015 answer text <p>The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is responsible for determining the efficient cost of Network Rail’s CP5 enhancement schemes, not the Department for Transport.</p><p> </p><p>As explained in my previous response to the Honourable Member for Nottingham South, the ORR publishes quarterly updates on the enhancements cost adjustment mechanism (ECAM) process. This includes information about efficiencies identified on specific schemes through the ECAM process.
