	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>A Bomber Command Clasp was approved by Her Majesty the Queen following the Independent Military Medal Review (2012). The Committee on the Grant of Honours, Decorations and Medals Committee (the “HD Committee”) is re-establishing the Advisory Military Sub-Committee, with an independent chair, to examine historic military medals claims. Any recommendation from that Sub-Committee will then go back to the HD Committee to advise Her Majesty the Queen. The Sub-Committee is expected to start work in 2019. The current and proposed overseas voting arrangements are based on the principle that overseas electors continue to have some form of connection to the area of the country where they were last resident. This is the approach taken generally in other democracies with overseas voting.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The creation of overseas constituencies would also require changes to the way that electoral administration (the registration of voters and the conduct of polls) is organised in Great Britain, where responsibility lies at the local authority level.
