	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/02/2020 answer text <p>Policy responsibility for take-up of Pension Credit is a matter solely for the Department for Work and Pensions.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>However, the Government is committed to ensuring that older people receive the support they are entitled to and the DWP targets activity on engaging with people who may be eligible to benefits at pivotal stages, such as when they claim State Pension or report a change in their circumstances.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The DWP uses a wide range of channels to communicate information about benefits to potential customers; including information on https://gov.uk/, in leaflets and by telephone. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/01/2020 answer text <p>Events on Group B of the list, including the Six Nations, can have live coverage on subscription television provided that secondary coverage is offered to the eligible free-to-air broadcasters.</p><p>The Government is clear that the existing list works well with the inclusion of the Paralympic Games and women’s equivalents of men’s events currently on the list, on which the Government is consulting, and strikes the right balance between retaining free-to-air sports events for the public, and allowing rights holders to negotiate agreements in the best interests of their sport. Options include ATA Carnets, but also merchandise in baggage rules, oral declarations and duplicate lists.</p><p> </p><p>We recommend musicians take independent advice as an independent freight forwarder or broker should be able to provide guidance on the pros and cons of each option, and may help them plan journeys and navigate customs procedures.</p><p> </p><p>The department has engaged with businesses and trade bodies in the music industry, including those in the touring industry, and this engagement will continue.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has now agreed the Withdrawal Agreement with the EU. That is why the government included provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018 requiring the Information Commissioner to produce the age appropriate design code, to set out practical guidance for relevant information society services on the specific protections for children’s personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).</p><p> </p><p>The ICO will continue to have a proportionate approach to regulation and held a public consultation earlier this year inviting feedback on the draft code. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/09/2019 answer text <p>The Government takes the protection of personal data seriously, particularly when it relates to children and young people.</p><p> </p><p>Under Section 123 of the Data Protection Act 2018, the Information Commissioner is required to produce a statutory code of practice on Age Appropriate Design. The Code is to contain guidance on standards of age-appropriate design of relevant information society services likely to be accessed by children. It is a requirement of the Data Protection Act itself that the Code be compatible with it.</p><p> </p><p>We are keen to ensure that the code delivers the robust protection that children deserve and meets the requirements set out in the Data Protection Act 2018. Compliance with data protection legislation and protecting children against online harms are both key priorities for the department.
