star this property answer text <p>DECC estimate that around 7.1GW of onshore wind capacity proposed across the UK will not be eligible for the grace period and is therefore unlikely to go ahead as a result of the announcement on the 18 June.[1] The precise grace period eligibility requirements will be determined through the legislative process and are subject to approval by Parliament.
