We believe that encouraging patients to use the NHS sensibly and responsibly is the right approach and we are supportive of local schemes to highlight the number of missed appointments to their patients. This figure represents correspondence received by the Department’s Ministerial correspondence unit only. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2018 answer text <p>We recognise that our new relationship with the EU means that we will no longer be members of the Single Market and will therefore have a different relationship with that market from the end of 2020.</p><p>We want to facilitate continued cross-border provision of legal services between the UK and the EU. The Government published the terms of the Contract for Difference and a Value for Money assessment at the time the contract was entered into. The Government will provide updates on the project where appropriate.</p><p> </p><p>On the 4 June 2018, the Secretary of State confirmed to Parliament that the Government has entered negotiations with Hitachi with regards to Horizon’s proposed Wylfa Newydd project, based on Anglesey in North Wales. Negotiations are ongoing and no decision has yet been taken to proceed. Between 1990 and 2016, we reduced our emissions by over 40 per cent while growing the economy by more than two thirds. Our Clean Growth Strategy, published last year, set out our policies and proposals for decarbonising the UK economy through the 2020s while maximising the advantages from the global shift to clean growth for UK businesses.</p><p> </p><p>We are also committed to helping developing countries meet their Paris Agreement commitments - the UK is among the largest contributors of climate finance, committing to provide at least £5.8 billion from 2016 to 2020, to help developing countries mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change, reduce deforestation and support cleaner economic growth.
