star this property answer text <br /><p>The term 'HGV' (Heavy Goods Vehicle) is no longer used and has been replaced by 'LGV' (Large Goods Vehicle).</p><p>The training year runs from 31 March until 1 April.</p><p>As at 31 December 2015, a total of 1,057 military personnel had been trained as LGV drivers at the Defence School of Transport, Leconfield during this training year. The annual capacity for these courses is 1,303 personnel.</p> more like this

However, it is not necessary to create a new offence in order to do this.</p><p> </p><p>An attack on a police dog can be treated as animal cruelty under s4 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006. The UK was the first country to send a team to the region, deploying three DFID experts to Erbil in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. DFID announced a package of emergency humanitarian assistance totalling £5 million, which will reach over 140,000 displaced people, or 28% of those affected, with life-saving assistance.
