I note the expression of interest of the National Museum of Wales, and many other fine institutions. A decision on where to host the tapestry when it comes to the UK will be made in full consultation with the authorities of the Bayeux Museum. The review considered the impact of reduced lottery income and made a series of recommendations to ensure that funding is spent to support the resilience of the heritage sector, to maximise the benefits of heritage for people across the UK, and to preserve the UK’s heritage for future generations.</p><p> </p><p>HLF is treating 2018/19 as a transitional year as they prepare for their next five-year funding framework, starting in 2019. They are currently consulting on their framework and are actively encouraging people to give their views. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/04/2018 answer text <p>We recognise that the arts and culture can bring huge benefits to local communities, and this is why Arts Council England is investing over £100 million of public money into 190 theatres and touring companies over four years.</p><p> </p><p>Arts Council commissioned the Theatre Analysis of England research (published September 2016) which highlighted key factors that impact on Regional Theatre, including that of touring activity to the regions. This includes guidance on customs and mobility procedures important to workers and freelancers. My department will continue to engage with the press sector on the specific issues they may face.</p><p>We are seeking a reciprocal agreement with the EU that could allow UK citizens to undertake some business activities in the EU without a work permit, on a short-term basis. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/04/2021 answer text <p>DCMS has not prevented former civil servants or special advisors from taking up a position at Camelot UK Lotteries Limited.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Upon leaving the civil service, all civil servants are subject to the Business Appointment Rules (BARs). BARs restrictions apply for two years after the last day of paid Civil Service employment for members of the Senior Civil Service and equivalents, including special advisers of equivalent standing.
