This gives young people exposure to individuals, including positive female role models, who can provide insight into a wide range of jobs and careers. Over 2,000 business volunteers have been recruited and over 40% are self-employed or from small businesses and microbusinesses. Through the careers strategy, all schools and colleges will be offered an Enterprise Adviser by 2020.</p>
