This includes the responsibility to produce a reliable cost estimate.</p><p> </p><p>Government have asked for a business case to be produced for the project in line with standard guidance. The government has announced that it will make £40m of this budget available in 2015-16 to allow existing cities to run the voucher element of the scheme for longer, and new cities to participate.
