	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2018 answer text <p>Since my oral answer of 26<sup>th</sup> April 2018 (Official Report, col 1014) I have consulted with representatives of the Diocese and of Seaham Parish and I understand that the land being developed is not owned either by the Parish, the Diocese or the Church Commissioners. Any objections must therefore be made formally and in the usual manner to the Local Authority planning office.</p><p> </p><p>To date the Diocese has not been asked to submit a view on the development. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/09/2017 answer text <p>The Unduly Lenient Sentence (ULS) scheme allows anyone to ask me to review certain sentences passed in the Crown Court and, where appropriate, to invite the Court of Appeal to consider increasing them.</p><p> </p><p>My office already does much to publicise the scheme. We publish ULS referrals on the website and work with local and national print and broadcast media to publicise them. Details of how to refer a case appear on the web site <a href="https://www.gov.uk/ask-crown-court-sentence-review" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/ask-crown-court-sentence-review</a>. A fund of £290 million of recoverable loan has previously been made available. Also, in March 2017 we allocated £32 million of grant to 105 estates.
