	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>The UK is seeking reciprocal arrangements on road haulage in our negotiations with the EU and we are confident of reaching a good deal which works for this key sector. Through the Haulage Permits and Trailer Registration Act and subsequent regulations, the Government is prepared for the range of possible outcomes, including the unlikely possibility of a no-deal outcome.</p><p> </p><p>The work the Department has undertaken will ensure we are able to allocate permits efficiently to deliver the greatest economic benefit should demand exceed supply. Such acts raise tensions and undermine prospects for peace. During my visit to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories between 5-8 October, I discussed my strong concerns about the issue of settlements and land expropriation with the Israeli Justice Minister on 6 October. They told me that they had no wish to leave, and expressed their fears of being forcibly transferred to make way for the construction of Israeli settlements. Such a move would seriously threaten the possibility of a contiguous Palestinian state, and according to the UN would be contrary to international humanitarian law. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>In England local authorities (LAs) are responsible for assessing the oral health needs of their local population, developing oral health strategies and commissioning oral health improvement programmes to meet the needs of their local population.</p><p> </p><p>In May 2018 Public Health England (PHE) published a stocktake which reported on oral health improvement programmes, commissioned by local authorities targeting children under five years old in England. Of the 95% of LAs who responded, the majority are commissioning oral health improvement programmes for under-fives. That is why we will be participating in the next round of The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s second Survey of Adult Skills in 2021 – an international research project that will provide invaluable information about the performance of our national skills system and how it compares internationally. Data will be collected in 2021-22 with publication of the results in 2023. As a result, the department is not currently planning to conduct a further Skills for Life Survey (which was last carried out in 2011).</p><p>The Survey of Adult Skills has very similar coverage to Skills for Life in terms of age (16 – 65), and is a direct measure of adults’ core skills in literacy, numeracy and information and communications technology, triangulated with their qualifications, employment and use of skills both within and outside of work.
