With the significant impact of COVID-19 on children’s learning, the department’s priorities have inevitably had to focus on education recovery over the next 3 years.</p><p>The department will continue to invest around £115 million per annum in cultural education over the next three years, through our music, arts and heritage programmes. Museums are supported by public funding worth over £800 million annually to support this access. The UK Government remains committed to free entry to the permanent collections of our 15 DCMS- sponsored national museums ,which in total received around 47 million visits in 2017/18 .Additional projects, through Arts Council England (ACE), aim to improve cultural participation for everyone, regardless of their background. For example, ACE funds Creative People and Places which supports participation in places with traditionally lower engagement with culture. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/02/2023 answer text <p>All dog breeders are obliged under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 (the 2006 Act) to protect their animals from suffering and provide for their welfare needs in line with best practice. A breach of these provisions may lead to imprisonment, a fine, or both. The 2006 Act is backed up by a Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs: <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/697953/pb13333-cop-dogs-091204.pdf" target="_blank">Code of practice for the welfare of dogs (publishing.service.gov.uk)</a>.</p><p> </p><p>This code of practice provides owners with information on how to meet the welfare needs of their dogs, as required by the 2006 Act.
