star this property answer text <p>No assessment has been made. The National Health Service pay award is based on changes to the Agenda for Change (AfC) contract. Where hospice staff are not employed on an AfC contract remuneration levels are a matter for the hospice concerned. Some hospices have local agreements to match the NHS pay award however this is matter for individual decision.</p> more like this
