star this property answer text <p>The Department for Exiting the European Union coordinated the initial publication of 106 Technical Notices between August and October 2018. Departments are responsible for their own Technical Notices and have continued to update them which included making changes following the agreement to extend the UK’s membership of the European Union until 31 October. Those changes took place on the 11 April 2019. The Government continues to prepare for all Brexit scenarios.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The proposals agreed by the Cabinet at Chequers on 6 July for the UK's future relationship with the EU, and if agreed to in negotiations, would ensure that the backstop solution as part of the Withdrawal Agreement would not need to be brought into effect. It has always been the UK Government’s intention to address our commitments on the Irish border through the future relationship and these proposals show how we can do so.</p> more like this
