	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/11/2018 answer text <p>In 2017 the Church of England’s General Synod passed a unanimous motion calling on Government to reduce the stakes on fixed-odds betting terminals to £2.00. This is an issue on which bishops, most notably the Bishop of St Albans, have spoken frequently on and campaigned for. The Church has therefore welcomed the Government’s announcement of the reduction in stakes, and the decision to implement the change in April 2019, as well as the increase in Remote Gaming Duty. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/11/2017 answer text <p>Highways England undertook an air quality monitoring survey for six months between February and July 2015 on this section of the M6 for Nitrogen Dioxide. This survey has been utilised as part of the assessment of the M6 Junction 10 improvement scheme promoted by both Highways England and Walsall Council.</p><p> </p><p>An Environmental Statement which was undertaken for the improvement scheme involved undertaking air quality modelling to predict the impact of the Scheme on air quality. I appreciate that the tragic events of 1984 are still the source of great pain to many in the Sikh community. The Cabinet Secretary's 2014 investigation into the UK military role in Operation Blue Star concluded that UK military advice and assistance was advisory, ended several months before the operation and had limited impact on the tragic events that followed.
