	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/06/2019 answer text <p>As the Secretary of State for BEIS set out in his statement to the House on 1 May, the government entered into a commercial agreement with British Steel on 23 April, which provided a short term bridge facility valued at around £120 million. This ensured the company met its obligations under the EU Emissions Trading Scheme for the 2018 scheme year.</p><p> </p><p>Following the recent insolvency of British Steel, the government has indemnified the Official Receive to carry out its statutory duties as liquidator. NHS England’s commissioning framework does however include recommended key performance indicators that can support clinical commissioning groups to incorporate quality management in their contracts. CPS committed, as part of the cross-Government Victims Strategy, to launch new guidance on pre-trial therapy to reduce the perception amongst victims, therapists and criminal justice professionals that it will damage the prosecution case. This is due to be published this summer. NHS England commissions Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) that aim to provide the best possible response for victims, ensuring their health needs and overall wellbeing are met.
