We are working with local political institutions to support their delivery of services such as healthcare, water, electricity, and education, and to create new job opportunities. We are also implementing projects which aim to improve the capability and accountability of local governments, particularly in Basra, Salaheldin, Ninewah and Anbar. Currently, in England, the total forecast expenditure on environmental objectives is €2,406m (€601m per annum) from 2017-18 to 2020-21. Expenditure will fluctuate from year to year depending on the flow of projects and the number of applications for the Regional Development Fund and the Rural Development Programme for England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/10/2017 answer text <p>The limit value specified by the Air Quality Directive (2008/50/EC) for annual mean concentrations of nitrogen dioxide is 40 µg/m<sup>3</sup>. 26 UK monitoring sites reported an annual measured concentration of nitrogen dioxide greater than 40 µg/m<sup>3</sup> in 2014, 2015 or 2016. Some sites report exceedances of the limit value in multiple years.</p><p> </p><p>Our modelling indicates that only 8 percent of road kilometres will be in exceedance of the average annual concentration limits next year. Average measurements of nitrogen dioxide at roadside locations outside London have fallen by 16 to 18 percent since 2010.</p><p> </p><p>Defra’s national network of air quality monitors includes 279 sites across the UK. These are organised into networks that gather information for a wide range of pollutants on the state of the air in towns and cities as well as in rural areas. Some monitoring sites are also focused on measuring specific sources – e.g. road traffic or industry. The investigation that he commissioned reviewed all of the relevant documents and evidence. The then Attorney General’s conclusion at the end of that process was that a fresh inquest or inquiry into the death was not warranted. A written statement setting out the detailed reasons for the Attorney’s decision was placed in the House of Commons library in June 2011. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/04/2018 answer text <p>The Government’s future partnership paper on security, law enforcement and criminal justice published on 18 September 2017 set out how the UK is seeking a future relationship with the EU and its Member States that provides for practical operational cooperation; facilitates data driven law enforcement; and supports multilateral cooperation through EU agencies.</p><p>We continue to value our cooperation and information sharing through measures such as the European Arrest Warrant (EAW), Europol, the European Criminal Record Information System (ECRIS) and the Schengen Information System (SIS II) in our efforts to fight cross-border crime and terrorism.</p><p>The Government’s counter-terrorism legislation and policies will continue to remain comprehensive and effective following the UK’s exit from the EU.</p><p>The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Bill is progressing through the House of Commons. The Bill provides the UK with the ability to make a variety of sanctions regimes, including for complying with a UN obligation. The Bill will also give the UK powers to create UK autonomous sanctions regimes.
