We received notice of the claim in 2006 but the investor has not completed the procedural requirements for the claim to be heard by a tribunal. star this property answer text <p>Such estimates do not exist at the current time. The commitment to restrict access to benefits for four years is intended to ensure that EU migrants make a sustained economic contribution to the UK before they can take something out. The Government is also concerned to ensure that national welfare systems do not provide an unintended additional incentive for large migratory movements. For these reasons reforming access to benefits for mobile EU nationals is one of our priorities for the renegotiation and the Prime Minister is working with his European partners to achieve this.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
