	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/12/2018 answer text <p>In relation to part (a), statistics on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) first assessment outcomes at disability level are not readily available and have not previously been published as Official Statistics. We are producing the statistics requested and issuing them in an Official Statistics release on 11<sup>th</sup> December 2018 in accordance with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics.</p><p> </p><p>In relation to part (b), since PIP was introduced, 40 people with a primary disabling condition of tachycardia who were disallowed PIP after their initial assessment went on to receive an award at tribunal. The figures in (b) have been rounded to the nearest 10.</p><p> </p><p>Overall, since PIP was introduced 3.5m decisions have been made up to June 2018, of these 9% have been appealed and 4% have been overturned.</p><p> </p><p>Appeals, data is based on primary disabling condition as recorded on the PIP computer systems. Claimants may often have multiple disabling conditions upon which the decision is based but only the primary condition is shown in these statistics. Train fare revenue is crucial to funding day-to-day railway operations and delivering the investment and massive upgrade programme currently underway, all of which passengers demand and expect. 98p of every £1 in passenger revenue is reinvested in the network to improve passenger’s services.</p><p> </p><p>Tangible benefits to the Sheffield City Region on both the Northern and TPE franchises will become apparent to passengers during 2019 with new trains being introduced, delivering additional services and increased capacity for commuters.</p><p> </p><p>Benefits planned by East Midlands trains are, for long-distance journeys, it will reduce journey times between Sheffield and London by up to 20 minutes in the peak.</p><p> </p><p>There will be a brand new fleet of bi-mode trains serving Sheffield from 2022, with more seats. We anticipate being in that position later this year.</p><p> </p><p>Network Rail are undertaking pre-construction planning to enable the scheme to be delivered as quickly as possible. Sheffield City Council was awarded £487,000 to install 20 chargepoints, in 10 charging units, to be located at seven key locations across Sheffield city area. We expect this to support the introduction of approximately 45 ultra-low emission Hackney Carriages and around 200 ultra-low emission private hire vehicles to the city. The competition was UK wide, and we have been able to fund all projects submitted to the competition in full. Of the total, DFID provided £21 million in bilateral loans to developing countries and £820 million for a multilateral loan to the World Bank in 2017. A non-DFID multilateral loan of £726 million was also provided to the International Monetary Fund in 2017. The technical consultation which closed on 26 November sets out how the Government intends to reform the system. The consultation document details proposals for banning leasehold houses and restricting ground rents in the future.</p><p>The Government is also clear that existing unfair lease terms have no place in the housing market. It is right that developers who sold leaseholds with onerous terms should support their customers to amend such lease terms. Some developers have introduced assistance schemes which is welcome.
