We remain extremely concerned about the continued presence of illegal armed groups in Colombia, and the impact their competition for control of illicit economies has on local people - even more so at this challenging time. The UK Embassy in Colombia is monitoring events in Chocó.</p><p>The UK has been vocal in expressing our concern about the effect the activity of these armed groups has on the future of peace in Colombia. We regularly raise these issues with the Colombian Government and in multilateral fora. In meetings with the President in London last year the then-Foreign Secretary made it clear that the UK sees the transitional justice system and the involvement of victims as vital parts of the 2016 accords. President Duque's signing of the transitional justice law last June was a positive step forward, and we are pleased that the institutions have since begun their work.</p><p>We continue to emphasise our support for transitional justice in Colombia both with the government and in multilateral fora, including most recently at the UN Security Council on 14 April.</p><p>The UK Government has contributed over £26 million towards transitional justice mechanisms and victims of the conflict in Colombia since 2016. This includes supporting the truth commission's work to gather testimony from Colombians abroad, including here in the UK. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/07/2018 answer text <p>There are three cross-Government strategies in place which address different aspects of the illegal drugs trade and which, taken together, provide a holistic approach to tackling drug trafficking in the UK.</p><p>The Government’s Drug Strategy, published in July 2017, sets out a balanced approach, which brings together law enforcement, health, community and global partners to tackle the illicit drug trade, protect the most vulnerable and help those with drug dependency to recover and turn their lives around. Tough enforcement is a fundamental part of our drug strategy. We are taking a smarter approach to restricting the supply of drugs: adapting our approach to reflect changes in criminal activity; using innovative data and technology; and taking coordinated partnership action to tackle drugs alongside other criminal activity.</p><p>The Government’s Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) Strategy focuses on disrupting the organised criminal networks which import and supply the illegal drugs in the UK (in addition to other illicit goods and services). It also aims to prevent people from becoming involved in SOC (including drug trafficking) and protect the border. As set out in the National Security Capability Review, we will publish an updated Serious and Organised Crime Strategy later this year. This will focus on coordinating the use of all available law enforcement, criminal justice, diplomatic and other tools to disrupt high-harm organised crime groups. A critical element of this is stopping those involved in SOC, including drug traffickers, from profiting from their criminal enterprises through cash seizures, asset forfeitures, money laundering prosecutions and civil or criminal recovery prosecutions.</p><p>The Government’s Serious Violence Strategy was published in April 2018 and outlines an ambitious programme involving 61 commitments and actions. The actions set out in the Strategy tackles a range of issues, such as county lines distribution networks, which exploit vulnerable young people and adults in order to move and sell drugs across the country, and the misuse of drugs. The Serious Violence Strategy is not focused on law enforcement alone. It is also dependent on partnerships across a number of sectors, such as education, health, social services, housing, youth services, victim services and others. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2018 answer text <p>National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Guidelines state that “Pulmonary rehabilitation should be made available to all appropriate people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including those who have had a recent hospitalisation for an acute exacerbation” <sup>1</sup>.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England supports the national Asthma and COPD Audit Programme – led by the Royal College of Physicians – which provides data on a range of indicators to show opportunities for improving COPD outcomes. The audit shows that 13% of people with COPD are referred to pulmonary rehabilitation services<sup>2</sup>. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/11/2018 answer text <p>Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) is one of the most effective treatments for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The Department supports the National Health Service to increase access to PR and improve the quality of care for people with long-term respiratory conditions.</p><p> </p><p>Respiratory disease is clinical priority in the NHS Long Term Plan. A working group has been developing policy proposals with the aim of delivering specific improvements in respiratory disease.
