	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2017 answer text <p>HM Treasury officials wrote out to public sector pension schemes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland on 6 April 2017. The letter made clear that cases like that of Ms Brewster should be dealt with in line with the UK Supreme Court’s decision. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/06/2019 answer text <p>The Department of Health &amp; Social Care, with NHS England and NHS Improvement, is currently in the process of working with the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) to determine the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework settlement for 2019/20. These are confidential negotiations and as such I am unable to provide any detail on these discussions at this time.
