	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/09/2015 answer text <p>As set out in the consultation document [1], the evidence indicates that deployment for solar PV up to and including 5 megawatt (MW) is increasing substantially compared to previous estimates. The updated estimates now range from 800 MW to 2 gigawatts (GW) each year in 2015/16 and 2016/17 compared to previous estimates of 300 to 500 MW.</p><p>As a result of the proposed government intervention to close the Renewables Obligation to rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects below 5MW from 1 April 2016, annual household electricity bills will be lower. Consumers are expected to save between £0.20 and £0.60 in 2016/17, and between £0.50 and £1.20 in 2017/18. (These figures are round to the nearest decimal point are in real 2014 prices). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2015 answer text <p>Suicides are tragic incidents have a huge traumatic impact on family and friends of the individual concerned and also serious consequences for train drivers, station staff, and members of the public who witness incidents, police officers and all who rely on our railway infrastructure.</p><p> </p><p>We are supporting Network Rail which is leading on behalf of the industry to deliver its national rail suicide prevention programme. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/09/2015 answer text <p>The government believes that the root causes of migration must be addressed, and not just the symptoms. A comprehensive solution is needed that will reduce the pull and push factors causing people to leave their countries of origin. We must also address the transit routes being used, as well as disrupting the criminal elements who are smuggling and trafficking humans. We are working closely with EU and international partners to find such a solution.</p><p>Because it is the gateway to western Mediterranean irregular migration, the government is also working with other countries to bring about a functioning government in Libya.</p><p>The government has provided substantial development and humanitarian assistance to help refugees from the civil war in Syria. The Unted Kingdom has now committed more than £1 billion of aid to help people displaced by the conflict there, both within Syria and in neighbouring countries, and to encourage stability. This makes the UK the EU’s largest donor, and second largest donor (after the USA) overall.</p><p>United Kingdom support has helped to provide more than 20 million food rations, 2.5 million medical consultations, and given 1.6 million people access to clean water . The UK is providing education to a quarter of a million children in the area.</p><p>Additionally, the Prime Minister announced on 7 September that the UK will resettle 20,000 Syrian refugees from the region over the course of this parliament.</p><p>An EU/Africa Summit in Valletta in November offers the opportunity to develop a robust and comprehensive set of proposals to deal with the upstream cause of irregular migration. We are fully engaged in the preparations.</p><p>The Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron), The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), The Secretary of State for International Development, my right hon. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2015 answer text <p>The Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT) on 22 June 2015 made findings in favour of two Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) due to procedural errors in the implementation of GCHQ’s internal policies. GCHQ is working to rectify the technical errors identified by this case and constantly reviews its processes to identify and make improvements.</p><p>It said in its judgment that any interception was lawful, necessary and proportionate. Caution should be exercised against drawing conclusions from the IPT’s ruling about the target of any such interception that may have taken place.</p><p>A finding in favour of an individual or organisation does not necessarily mean that they themselves were the target; it could equally mean that they were simply in communication with a target. All 14 local authorities are in England.
