<p>The UK Government is committed to making the UK the best place in the world to do business. As the Prime Minister set out in the White paper "The United Kingdom’s Exit from and new partnership with the European Union", this will mean fostering a high quality, stable and predictable regulatory environment. We want to minimise the regulatory and market access barriers for both goods and services in trade with the EU. Discussions on regulatory equivalence will form part of the negotiations.</p>
