Further information is available on the GOV.UK website.</p><p> </p><p>The PCA’s annual report sets out the time taken to complete the arbitration process. As of 31 March 2017, the PCA had 130 cases under consideration. Of these cases: 17 had been in the process for less than 1 month; 22 for between 1 and 3 months; 79 for between 3 and 6 months; and 12 cases for longer than 6 months.
