	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/03/2023 answer text <p>‘The safe and wellbeing reviews: thematic review and lessons learned’ report does not make recommendations but sets out important findings and learning points relevant to everyone involved in commissioning or delivering mental health community and inpatient provision. Integrated care systems have been putting in place actions to address the themes highlighted.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England has taken learnings from the Safe and Wellbeing Review programme to inform work to support timely discharge from mental health inpatient care and to improve the quality of care for people with a learning disability and autistic people. This includes the new Quality Transformation Programme and the refreshed Dynamic support register and Care (Education) and Treatment Review policy and guidance.</p><p> </p><p>The Building the Right Support Action Plan, published 14 July 2022, outlines actions we are taking to keep people with a learning disability and autistic people safe and was developed considering findings from safe and wellbeing reviews. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2019 answer text <p>‘Building the right support’, published in 2015 by NHS England, the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services is the national plan in England for reducing the number of people with learning disabilities or autistic people who are inpatients in mental health hospitals. It set out a clear framework for commissioners to reduce inpatient capacity by developing more community services for people with learning disabilities or autistic people with behaviour considered challenging.</p><p>The NHS Long Term Plan prioritises services for children and young people and commits to achieving at least a 50% reduction in the number of people with a learning disability or autism who are inpatients, compared to the figure in 2015, by the end of 2023/24.</p><p>Developing new models of care for those at the highest risk of being subject to restrictive practice was one of the recommendations made by the Care Quality Commission in the interim report of its thematic review of restraint, seclusion and segregation. We have accepted the report’s recommendations in full. To help meet this standard, we are investing £79 million extra in 2021/22 to expand children’s mental health services, including allowing 2,000 more children and young people to access eating disorder services and increasing the number of mental health support teams in schools and colleges from 59 to 400 by April 2023, supporting nearly three million children. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/02/2020 answer text <p>We have put in place proportionate, precautionary measures in response to the outbreak of coronavirus in China, guided by the clinical advice of the Chief Medical Officer and national experts in the treatment of infectious diseases.</p><p>On 3 February 2020 we issued advice to healthcare professionals in primary care and community settings including pharmacy. This advice was sent to all social care providers that are registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency Central Alerting System. This advice highlighted what to do if a someone has concerns that they may have been exposed to or become infected with the novel coronavirus.
